Mr Ooi Chin Kin and his brother started Hoe Seng Lor Mee in 1979. The 2 brothers ventured into making Lor Mee by learning the recipe from other fellow merchants. Over the years the recipe has been improved and perfected to what is very well known and loved by customers today. His son Mr Ooi xxx xxx started managing the stall in 2000. Now over 42 years Hoe Seng Lor Mee has become among the top favorites among Penangites.

Like it sooooo much that i can repeat order every week! Wish i live in Puchong~ hahaha. Must try include Curry mee, Hokkien mee(prawn mee), jawa mee, chee cheong fun and prawn crackers! Laksa lemak also super good! Will definitely repeat order soon!!! Thank you boss for keeping adding new menu! Keep them coming pls, hehe.
